Can't wait until we get to play the Senators and rack up the easy points like the rest of the division. Hahahahahahahahaha! Fire Treliving and Ward. Hell, fire everyone but the popcorn vendors.

Just to repeat my thoughts from the GT:
I agree with those that have said it's unlikely just Ward's fault. This team chronically seems to struggle with consistency, mental toughness, etc.
But, I also agree we've yet to see a coach with an established track record get a shot with this team. I think both are serious issues with this team frankly.
A Gallant/Boudreau type of coach in with a big shakeup trade is probably what's needed, but logistically I don't think Treliving makes either, especially during the season. Which only complicates the problem because the solution then is to replace Treliving, which means you're gambling that whoever comes in next doesn't also run into the blindspots.
Doing nothing though is infuriating because this is painful, boring hockey to watch for the most part.

You're on to something. A button can't shuffle the lines every second shift so that'd be an improvement.

Getting blown out by two terrible teams in a week should be enough to finally get a coach fired. But it won't matter to Brad Treliving.

Win or lose there's no reason this team should be so boring to watch.

Something needs to change! Too many nights the Flames show up with no heart and emotion. I'm beginning to wonder if there is more than we think going on in the Flames locker room.

Season is done. Thankfully it's a short one. Do what you can to keep your new franchise goalie happy and healthy and start over next year.

Ward has no clue. Two frigging years? Is the pandemic the excuse?

They put Rittich in an awful spot tonight.

What are the odds the Flames will return with the same core next year? You know, because Treliving can't find the perfect trade.. joke of a GM

Yeah. There really were no expectations back then. The teams were void of much talent other than Iginla, Savard, and the odd one hit wonder. This team though...ay caramba! I've been a fan of blowing it back up since about Christmas '19. The team needs a complete enema this coming off season.

Well... at least the WHL season starts tomorrow. Been going to Medicine Hat Tiger's games for years now. They don't win every game, but they never quit. I can't say that about the Flames lately.
