For things like dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, personal hygienic products, I generally stick to the same brand that I have found works in most cases.

For washing machines I use Tide, liquid or pods. I quite like the pods that have the softener and stuff all in one.

I love tide pods, they work great on my clothes and are a nice little snack for when I'm doing laundry!

Does Mr. Sparkle make a laundry detergent? They're the undisputed king of dish soap though.

Disrespectful of Dirt.

I have only used liquid detergent in forever now it seems. How do pods work? Just throw it in with the clothes before you start the machine?

No, you dont get optimum cleaning power out of the pre-ingested Pods.

You have to eat them first and allow your body's digestive system to chemically prepare the pod before you use it to actually clean anything.

One you've passed a detergent pod through your intestines its ready for use in actual laundering activities.

Post-ingested pods is really the only way to go. Anything else is merely the facade of cleaning strictly for the plebeian poseurs.

This is fabric softener, not laundry detergent.

You probably need to start a new thread for this.
