Not all women, I've actually met quite a few that think its dumb, my girlfriend being one. For some reason it came up today when I was talking to her and she said all she wants to do is order in some Chinese and watch a movie. Thank Christ. My Visa still hasn't cooled down from Christmas yet..

I have season tickets to the Roughnecks, so the wife and I will be doing that. The Rock are in town. It will be a good game. The money I spent on the wedding gets me out of buying a dozen roses for $100 more than they cost any other day of the year imo.
I hate this hallmark holiday.

The Japanese have it right. Valentine's Day is where the girl gives the guy a gift or gifts. The guy doesn't have to do squat.
A month later on March 14th, the guy gives said girl a gift or gifts, if they choose to. If they want to return the feelings, that is. This day is called White Day.
In South Korea, they celebrate Black Day, a month later even on April 14th, for those 'sharing singleness'; or those who didn't recieve anything on Valentine's Day or on White Day.
