I came back here to check out the themes and to me there was a glaring and obvious omission. I can't believe it wasn't until the 2nd page that somebody posted Macho Man's theme.

Here is another that I always loved. He was a favorite when I was younger but I grew tired of him as I got older.

This one's been mentioned but this performance bears repeating:

I was only a wrestling fan for a bit, but growing up nothing beat a surprise Stone Cold entrance. The glass shatter is perfect

I hated Chris Jericho, but now as an adult I realize he was probably just a great heel. He had an awesome theme song

Always liked Undertaker and Kane

HHH has a pretty legendary entrance I think (especially DX)

I remember always enjoying Hulk Hogan, RVD, Booker T and the Hardy Bros entrances

Individual ones I vividly remember are Stone Cold with the Coors truck and the Zamboni, loved when Undertaker had the Motorcycle, Eddie Guerrero with the low rider, Brock Lesnar returning

Oh yeah, I don't remember 13 year old me ever complaining about a Stacy Keibler entrance

So many great and iconic themes.

I have a CD in the car of just wrestling themes that I break out every once in a while.

One of my favourites that either hasn't been mentioned yet or I missed it:

Might make a more in depth post later.

How has no one mentioned Mr.Perfect’s theme? The perfect entrance for the perfect wrestler! Combined with the towel and gum flick...iconic!

Part of what made his theme song so good was that Hennig himself was such an incredible athlete. He was a fairly large guy but had all the acrobatics of a much smaller wrestler. Every time you heard that song, you knew something good was about to go down.

Apparently him and Rick Rude, who was another incredible personality, were chidlhood friends. Both died within a few years of each other of the plague of "mixed medications" and "heart failure" that has killed off a large proportion of the stars from that era. It's truly sad to see how many of these guys died in their 40s and early 50s. Now that I'm almost 40, I see how young of an age to die at that actually is.

While not an entrance song, Macho Man dedicated a song to Hennig on his early 2000s hip hop album:

At some point, I want to do a list based around the best debuts/returns.

Mr Perfect's WWF intro video's were amazingly on point and sold him so well. There were serious doubts about Curt Henning, a skinny decent wrestler who had made it in the AWA mainly because of the influence of his father.

a couple more which haven't been mentioned yet.

Jeff Jarrett's TNA theme - I've never been a huge JJ fan, but this theme was cool:

Tazz' WWF theme. Short and intense, just like Tazz:

Steve Blackman. Again, it reflected the wrestler nicely - straightforward and not terribly exciting, but had a simmering intensity:

Two more awesome ones that I forgot:

Tomasso Ciampa's NXT theme:

Tazz's ECW theme:

Its funny that I never attached Ciampa's theme and Tazz's theme before. I love Tazz's WWE theme it makes me want to punch a heavy bag.

Scott Steiner's WWE theme was pretty cool, ironically it starts with police siren

For some reason I really like themes with abrupt starting sound effects like breaking glass, sirens heart monitors, cars flipping.

I think that one thing that needs to be mentioned that a lot of the themes were created by Jim Johnston, who created a lot of the iconic wrestling themes that we listen to today, Johnston was let go at 2017, AEW really should grab him.

Goldberg's entrances were about 5 times longer than most of his matches, but they were awesome.
