As far as I know your only option is to buy a gun and apply for a moose tag.
It seems like all the butchers that offer big game are limited to deer, elk, and bison. I don't know of any moose farms in the province.

Might want to try a musk cologne to attract them.. or is that deer? You'll find plenty of both in just about any National Park.

There used to be a butcher in Brentwood Mall that sold all kinds of game - not sure they had moose, and I think that store is gone now. There is another butcher in Montgomery that will make sausages out of the game that hunters bag. Not sure if they sell game.
