Every time we have an opportunity to gain ground on the teams ahead of us in the standings, the Flames always manage to not take advantage.

Tough night for Vladar, he will need 11 saves and no goals given up to be better than Markstrom’s .869 save percentage over the past 8 starts.

I agree this is not a good team though, it is a bubble team, that is why they are on the bubble.

You can get real cheap seats. I sold mine for a loss of $70. Figured it's better than going and spending an extra $100 on gas, parking and food and drink.

One thing you notice about this team is just the lack of emotion. Besides the Rangers game there hasn't been a lot of times where you can tell the players are ticked off or angry or....anything. They don't get very angry, they don't look like they're having fun. If I was looking at adding something to the team in the near future it would be bringing in players that play with a chip on their shoulder. Wake the rest of the team up. Just a 'blah' team this season.

I think the only move that would jolt the roster into better form is a coaching change

I was so close to purchasing tickets tonight but thankfully I didn’t. Much nicer feeling not wasting money for a frustrating evening of hockey.
