Make your own from lye, you slacker. Bonus is you can also use it to dissolve bodies. Not that you should dissolve bodies, but if you ever had the need. You know. It's there.

What is it not doing for you?
My wife Skews toward buying tide, I will go with whatever is cheaper, as personally I have never felt it was worth it to buy expensive stuff.

Depending on the load (what it depends on, I couldn’t say...), my wife uses tide free and clear pods, or Persil.

If there's anyone that would know laundry detergent I'd expect it to be the guy who chose the username "White Out".
Seriously though, brand name that's on sale for me.

Persil or bust. I get it at some place off Blackfoot. Think it's called The Laundry Store.

Is laundry detergent like bleach for people who don’t wear all white? In my order we are only allowed white robes as the chosen one commands and are instructed to cleanse them in bleach and water. I’m intrigued by this detergent you speak of and would like to hear more about how you clean with an arm and a hammer.

we use the liquid tide stuff (i think my wife gets it from costco)
for stains i find the oxiclean stick thing works pretty good: http://www.oxiclean.com/en/AllProduc...orce-Gel-Stick
we just got a free promo pack of clothes cleaning stuff from superstore and it had those tide pods. i used one with my hockey stuff this past week and it seemed to work fine.
the promo pack thing also came with the 'scent booster' things but i'm not sure i really want to try them. i don't fell like a headache from super scented clothing

We try to get Purex gentle and clear our whatever the allergen-free one is. But generally whichever allergen-free one is on sale when we need it. We all have sensitive skin.

You need one of those Shout gel scrubbers. It's the only thing that gets the silcone lube stains out of my stuff, so maybe it will work on grease.
