Lets Talk About Sleep Apnea/CPAP Machines

I am having trouble adjusting to using my Dream Station 2 with nose pillows.


After reviewing my apnea report with the doctor, I questioned why my apnea levels were not consistent with the chart. The doctor explained that I only experience sleep apnea when I am on my back. As a result, I am trying to sleep on my side, ( without the CPAP) which I feel is helping.

As mentioned sleeping pills help they told me from the get go to use sleeping pills for the first month. First night I didn't and it was a disaster.

Zapaclone or whatever its called is what I was given, its like being high lol knocks you out.
