Business move to save cap space. Also gives them 4 games to play rather than them sitting around doing nothing. I’m good with it

Wranglers play @ Henderson tonight and tomorrow.
Since Duehr sat last night, maybe he gets in; doubt Pelletier plays 3 or 4 consecutive nights

Will they get recalled when the season resumes again before the 6th?

They won't all come back if Ritchie and Tanev are healthy.

Pelletier is hopefully the only one called up after the break because Ritchie is back and Tanev hopefully will be back. I definitely think Pelletier is here to stay his speed is a needed element.

Eagerly awaiting noted hockey talent savant Georges Laroque to tweet before I can provide the proper outrage at this move.

Uber small sample size but I’d like to see them rotate Stone and Gilbert.

Clears the path for a Kevin Rooney return.

God willing. He has proven everything he can at the AHL level.

I would like duehr called back also . That guy has some wheels and flames need some speed. If Tanev is out longer Gilbert better be in the lineup over Mackey

Should've sent Mackey down too for some playing time. I realize there's the waiver thing, but the risk would've been low.

Or agree to conditioning assignment that doesn’t need waivers

He's a really good AHL player whose game hasn't translated well up in The Show. At 26, I don't think he's got much runway left.

Frankly, I'm getting to the point where I'd pray that someone grabbed him.
I dont think he's cut out for the show, I can think of a lot of swearing at Mackey but praising of Gilbert.

I think it’s been proven out that Gilbert is more reliable than Mackey at this point. Interesting considering earlier in the year I was expecting Meloche to get some looks.
