Only team to beat Boston twice this season. That was a character building win.
Sounds like they might get Duclair back after the break. What a boost he would be to the lineup.
If they get either goalie back healthy soon they should be able to go on a bit of a run. They had a tough schedule this month with lots of travel and ended up with a winning record. Still have lots of work to do to get in the playoff picture, but it's totally possible if they keep improving the way they are. The effort is there, just a matter of resolve and results at this point.

Cali, will the Panthers still be in Cap trouble, or are there any other players out/did they solve that issue?

Panthers problem is every team has 2 or 3 games in hand on them and they aren't all gonna lose them
Still a major longshot

As long as Hornqvist's $5.3 remains on injured reserve (concussion, no timetable for his return) it shouldn't be an issue. I think Duclair is coming back so late in the season that his cap hit doesn't impact them too much. It's almost like a trade deadline acquisition where you've banked cap all year to fit a bigger salary in. He only makes $3M, so it's not a lot to fit in at this point. If a guy goes down to the farm after his return, it should be enough.

Not really, they're playing nearly 2/3 of their remaining games at home and they've been over .600 so far there. It's a decent chance especially if they can get good goaltending down the stretch.

Have you actually looked at the standings? Even the Sens are ahead of them if they win their games in hand
if they play .600 they aren't even close
Sabres are a point ahead of them with FOUR games in hand and they aren't even a playoff team right now. It would take .650 hockey

Nurse kicks out a skate and trips Jones, no call. Jones retaliates, the ref's arm goes up. Oilers to the PP.
Edit: And of course they score.

Hawks dominating the Oilers early so of course they give Edmonton a powerplay!! It is ridiculous. Of course one of the refs is a former Oiler draft pick. ####ing joke!!
