Who wants to take wagers on if we'll still be in this same spot next year?

Excited to watch Tij Iginla and Jonathan Huberdeau Jr. lighting it up for the Flames when the new arena finally opens.

I sure hope the costs of all these 3rd parties, meetings and delays aren't significant... would hate to see public money being spent on private investment in this way.

Tell us when you have a deal, otherwise don't provide any updates. No one cares that you are discussing things.

This is actually really encouraging to see. Rogers, T-Mobile, BC Place and Climate pledge facilities are all great buildings that I've been to within the last several months. If this is any sort of nod towards the type of building we could end up with, that is at least something positive to take away.

CAA ICON has been involved in pretty much every arena/stadium that's been built recently.

Same old crap. The talking heads on council will start whining about the cost and this will go nowhere

I believe you mean CESC will be whining about costs and not following through on agreements they made because they didn’t like the PM.

I’m excited to rehash the same arguments in a new thread!!!

I get it that this process is exhausting, but it is better that they are talking. This thing isn't going to build itself.

Does the addition of CAA ICON mean that CMLC is out of the project?
