As a lifelong Vikings fan, this positive talk about them (even mildly) is making me prepare to be even more disappointed than usual. Anyone picking Cousins for MVP is setting the Vikes up for an even bigger chance of failure.

Ha ha ha. Are you Peter Loubardias by chance? Talking about the Vikings takes him to a dark place.

I'm not, but I totally understand where he is coming from. It is a painful existence for the Viking fan. We should all be studied by a psychologist.

Yeah I'm seeing a weird amount of Cousins MVP hype on twitter, I don't get it. But I can't even chirp it because I know I'll just get sent clips of the long bomb in OT from the 2019 playoffs haha

To me Kirk Cousins is what he is. He's 34, been their starter for 4 years, and a NFL starter for most of the past 8 years. That's about as much of a known commodity as you're going to get. This isn't Rich Gannon changing teams and getting a chance to start. So no way in he'll I buy this...it's the same movie I saw with Alex Smith. Solid guy who can run an efficient offence. But he will always be the limitation.

MVP tends to go to the QB of the best team. So unless Cousins and the Vikings rehash the 98 season...I don't see it. If you want a dark horse, I'd probably back Trey Lance as his situation is a lot more like Maohomes or Lamar Jackson's were.

Stafford looking rough..Rams in general looking bad, right up to the crowd. Why does it seem like there's always more visitors in the crowd than Rams fans? Guess that's what happens when the city's favourite pro football team plays in Vegas...Raiders shoulda teamed up with Rams at SoFi and sent Chargers to Vegas instead so their own city would actually care about them.

EDIT: And just like that, they finally score. Just needed a little tough love..

Feels like the Bill's have squandered a chance to be up a lot more than they are.

Kroenke would never allow the Raiders to share since they'd be by far the bigger draw. But the presumption here is the NFL cares if LA is actually successful as a market, which they don't. They just want to be able to use the market in future TV deals. We all know the Raiders are the only team that can actually be successful in LA. Rams and Chargers should get use to 5-9 neutral site/road games at home every year.

Yeah indeed. On a side note, I was in Vegas last week and did a stadium tour of Allegiant, my God what a stadium...the thought that SoFi could possibly be even nicer than that blows my mind.

Should be a three TD lead for the Bills right now if they could just get out of their own way. Rams defense getting shredded.
