Halifax beats Saint John, 10-7. Somehow, Whynot ends up with only 1a, and -1. 39gp/3g/20a/23pts,+10, 16 PIM, giving him 10 points in his last 10 games, and putting him 21st in D scoring.

Huckins was first star in a 4-3 win over Victoriaville, with 2g, and a +2. 42gp/17g/20a/37pts,+14, 53 PIM.

Ciona was all zeros, except for 4 shots, in a 6-2 win over Everett. 38gp/18g/32a/50pts,+32, 55 PIM. Tied for 20th in scoring, 4th in plus/minus. No points,-4 in his last 5 games. Tij Iginla was first star, with 1g,1a.

Tri-City falls to Kamloops in OT, losing 6-5. Bell had 1a,-1. 39gp/21g/29a/50pts,+8, 49 PIM, tied with Ciona for 20th in scoring. Olen Zellweger and Logan Stankoven each had 5 points for the Blazers.

No points again for Beck, and a -2 in a 4-1 loss to Owen Sound. 19gp/4g/15a/19pts,+11, 8 PIM. No points in the last 5 games.

Not really sure-the 67's brought in C Logan Morrison before the deadline, but that's the only real change to their forward group, and he hasn't even played the last few games....

Parker Bell really seems to be raising his stock this year.

He’s becoming one of my favourite Flames prospects. Size, skating, snarl, and putting up good numbers on a middling team (although Tri-City has scored the 6th most goals in the dub this year).

I imagine the Flames player development team is watching him closely, which makes me wonder if Lukas Dragicevic makes the Flames draft shortlist. He is commonly ranked near where the Flames are likely to pick in 2023. The Flames do seem to like familiar waters when drafting.

You’re correct about where Dragicevic is projected to go, but my money is on him going way before we pick. His skating gets mixed reviews, but it’s still average or slightly above, and can be improved. He has size, and outrageously good offensive prowess, as his 51 points in 41 games would attest.

Beck had no points again, with a +1 in a 2-1 SOL against London. 20gp/4g/16a/20pts,+12, 8 PIM. No points in his last 6 games.

Cole Huckins with zeros in a 2-1 loss to Shawinigan. 43gp/17g/20a/37pts,+14, 57 PIM.

Ciona was 2nd star in a 7-2 win over Spokane, with 1g,3a,+3. 39gp/19g/35a/54pts,+35, 55 PIM. 17th in WHL scoring, 4th in plus/minus.

Bell had 1a,+2 in a 2-1 win over Everett. 40gp/21g/30a/51pts,+10, 49 PIM. Tied for 24th in scoring.

Beck had 2a, even, in a 5-4 OTL to Hamilton. 21gp/4g/18a/22pts,+12, 8 PIM.

Whynot with all zeros in a 4-1 win over Cape Breton. 40gp/3g/20a/23pts,+10, 16 PIM. Tied for 23rd in D scoring, and the Mooseheads have won 10 in a row to put them 2nd in the East (and 2nd overall) behind Quebec.

Huckins was all zeros in a 5-1 win over Blainville. 44gp/17g/20a/37pts,+14, 57 PIM. Sherbrooke (30-12-2-2) are first in the West, and third overall.

Bell is not in the lineup tonight for Tri-City.

No points for Ciona and a -2 in a 5-2 loss to Portland. 40gp/19g/35a/54pts,+33, 55 PIM. He is tied for 18th in scoring, 6th for plus/minus. C Chaz Lucius, who was recently assigned to the Winterhawks from Manitoba of the AHL, was the game's second star, with 1g/2a/+4. So far in his WHL season, he sits at 5gp/4g/9a/13pts,+7, 0 PIM.

No Bell for Tri-City, in their 3-2 win over Everett.

Seattle beats Swift Current, 4-2. Ciona pots 2g, and was +1. 40gp/19g/35a/54pts,+33, 55 PIM. Tied for 19th in scoring, 7th in plus/minus.

Ciona just keeps humming along, just when he has a couple of quiet games and you think he's slowing down, he goes and pots a few goals or has a 4 point game.
