I'm going to assume that Shawn Lemon may be the odd man out as he's probably priced himself above what Huff may want to pay for a 34 year old.

My contention is that he took the Covid year off too much, especially for a QB, and didn’t train enough and or properly. Then had to rush and push too hard to get in shape in Spring of 2021 and wasn’t ready and was injured…and didn’t have the same arm.
Likely knew no one else was going to give him 3 years and that total salary. He could’ve bet on himself for a year and maybe made closer to $1M somewhere in 2024, but a lot of things would have to work out.

I think that's a very real possibility. I was thinking that Thurman was pretty high on the priority list to get re-signed and the fact that it hasn't happened yet could very well mean there's just not enough cap space. I hope I am wrong.

CFL guys sign all these contracts only to have them be released and restructured before February 1. Makes me think it's more likely than not the big contract Bo Levi signed with Hamilton won't last all three years in its current form.
