Hit The Net currently has a couple of opening for GMs for next season. Our HTN 30 league consists of 30 teams representing the 30 NHL teams. We have a full NHL roster of 23 players and 10 prospect players increasing to 12 this off season. The league is based on actual NHL points (goals/assists) and wins/SO for goaltenders.

Assuming we just have two available teams we will be holding a mini draft where the new GMs can select their keepers: 9F, 5D, 1G and prospects from the available pool:

HTN 30 is starting it's fourth season in The Fall and the new HTN Roto will be extending our reach.

yep, that's the plan. We did it last year and it was really successful.

There also might be a 3rd team added in.

We also have an opening in the Roto league too.

I should add for the 30 team league our prize pool is a lettered jersey of your choice for the winner plus a championship trophy, $100 for 2nd, free entry for 3rd and there are three period prizes throughout the season of $50 each. Playoff prize of $150, $100, $50, $50 plus the winner has their name etched on the commemorative Johnny Bower Cup.

You're all playing fantasy hockey anyway, you might as well join a league where you can win something.

I could be looking for someone to replace me as the GM of the greast franchise in the NHL...the Vancouver Canucks. Kinda built things to go for it next season or 2014 but I'm sure with the right moves you could be competitive this year.
