I think I should share, that I meant this to be satire & light-hearted. Logically, I don't think its' either "URGENT" or it actually drives the Oilers leadership decision making process.

Instead it's candidly hilarious, that the Edmonton Sun's readership would say that the existing leadership is performing splendidly.

I agree that Chiarelli is not some management genius, but he almost looks like one in comparison to Lowe.

Ultimately, Edmonton is No Good.

LOL this isn't a referendum.

The Oilers will either hire him or not regardless of what the fans have to say.

84% No. Love it.

Craig's on it guys! Craig's on it. He just needs more time and maybe one or two more first overall picks.

And a new arena.

And a defensemen.

And a goalie.

And a slick new pair of glasses.

And a '76 Pontiac Firebird.

An amazing save by Michael Ryder, multiple clutch OT goals by Nate Horton, Tim Thomas standing on his head...Chara. The Oil have none of this and Chia has been lambasted the last few years for handing out NTC's, over paying 3rd & 4th liners, not bettering the team and always evaluating. I wouldn't worry about any team he ends up on...
Hi. My name is Peter. I suck cause I won a Stanley Cup and had to pay my players. I'm sorry I can't win every year like the Oilers from the 80s.

"How many Stanley Cup Rings do you have Peter?"

"I won one as GM of the Bruins in 2011"

"No, how many as a player? 4 or 5?"

"I never played in the NHL."

"OK." Skype signoff

Hi Peter. You were brought in and touted as a 'capologist'. The Bruins are in cap hell. Great job!
