Keep in mind, this is what Israeli military officials said last week. They are literally telling you what they intend to do and people are still like well Israel does not target civilians.

If it went down soon after launch the missile would be full of fuel and so would be fairly more explosive

I don't think anyone is suggesting that Israel would never bomb a hospital because we know they have before. The question is would they bomb a hospital and then claim not to have done so, rather than defending the action as militarily sound or necessary or what have you. I don't know if they've done that before.

You can't. But most people pick a side based on their ideology and are tribal, if they see something that confirms their view of the world they rarely look past that ("the easiest person to fool is yourself" -Feynman). That's why hate the absolute certainty people think they have when making claims, especially about things they have no expertise on (even then it's dubious).
