Should be a entertaining match on Wednesday as Felix takes on Lorenzo Musetti after the young Italian knocked off Benoit Paire earlier today.

Laslo Djere showing his appreciation for the Italian fans who were rooting hard for his opponent Lorenzo Sonego. Djere victorious in straight sets.

Bublik was playing that 3rd set until he got broken, then he quit. Just walked off the court.

Better start to set 2 for FAA as he breaks Musetti and is serving at 3-1
Edit: Failed to consolidate that break however.

Musetti fully deserving of the win today 6-2 7-6 over Felix. Just way too many errors again today from Felix, but Musetti also played some inspired tennis.

Felix has only won one of his last five matches. And that was beating a local Moroccan entry.

The turning point in set 2 was not consolidating the break when he was serving at 3-1 (and he had game points to do it). He played better in set 2, but just way too many errors especially on the forehand side.

Given the players he has been losing to, there shouldn't even be a "turning point". The margin for error shouldn't be that small.

Agreed, there's no doubt his confidence has taken a hit though. Needs to spend some time with Uncle Toni and figure things out.

Rublev wins the first set 7-5 and breaks to start set 2. Then Sinner proceeds to win six games in a row to take set 2. The partisan crowd in Monte-Carlo loves it and we need a 3rd set to decide this match.

Sinner takes it 5-7 6-1 6-3. What a turnaround by the young Italian and there's little doubt the crowd played a huge part in raising his level.

He needs to throw in two first serves sometimes. Even if he doubles faults, it gets the opponent a foot further behind the baseline. I think Medvedev did this for awhile. Just go crazy in a service game, all first serves.

Zverev also throws in two first serves from time-to-time to keep his opponent honest and also when he's coughing up double faults.
