I think that speaks less to excuses why they’re once again bad and more to a rotten culture surrounding all decision making aspects of the team. Needs a full tear down and rebuild

Oh for sure....but this happens every year lately, regardless of the reasons.
It just seems like every year there is hype that the Raiders are back and better.
Yet how many winning seasons in the last decade........3?
Always have good players....rarely have good teams. And its nothing new.

Thing is...great coaches (and some very bad to be sure), great players, great fans through the years....all the things you want.
Yet the one single common denominator that has not changed...the Davis ownership.
The same guy who thinks this is a good look for a haircut

The Bengals, very much in the playoff mix, fumbled 3 times on special teams losing 2 of them...in the 1st half.

Sounds like Broncos fan chiming in with his two cents on his bad teams since you have a fair bit of experience in that field. Rebuild not needed. There's some talent and it's just a matter of finding another starting WR or two and obviously better coaching.

Lol. Neutral observer here, but a Raiders fan chirping the Broncos is one of the most hilarious un-self-aware things I've ever seen on this board. The Broncos have more Super Bowl appearances in the last ten years than the Raiders have playoff appearances if I'm not mistaken.
This would be the equivalent of a Bears fan chirping the Packers, but even the Bears are somehow more relevant than the Raiders.
