Hulk hogan - what Vince and him did to women is absolutely gross, watch the documentaries and Vince is being sued with other wrestlers. The transcripts are avaliable and they are horrific.
Tump has already been convicted for rape of a woman. With many other accusations.
Just to shed some light on what the other poster was hinting to.
Ps sorry jay if you were being sarcastic. Listen to Hulk on the tapes , jfc he and VInce are horrible people and nothing compares to anything from the dnc.

Purely strategically, I think having Bill Clinton speak at the DNC can hurt the Democrats much more than it can help.
Especially among young women, who tend to be less understanding of this stuff and that's a demographic the Dems must win with big numbers.
Just generally, Dems need the progressives to show up to vote, and this kind of obvious hypocrisy is a reason they don't.

Yeah Rubecube tends to be on an island with criticizing democrats on CP and it bugs me a bit. I respect that he'll say what needs to be said towards the party, and find CP a little "fall in line ****er" towards him when he speaks to them. Just my thoughts.

I say that respecting that there's a line between criticizing democrats and working against democrats to hand votes to the GOP when it comes to holding feet to the fire.
But Democrat supporters on CP tend to lean towards "DID YOU JUST SPEAK OUT AGAINST THE DEMOCRATS?!?!? GET HIM OUT OF HERE!!!!!"

Not one of the people lying about Bill Clinton so called raping someone, brought up Trump's civil convicted rape charge of cornering a woman im a closet..
But the fact that when the RNC convention happened and Hulk came out and none of them even mentioned all the rapes, pissing on women, or abuse. Nor the Vince trial. Should tell you they don't care. They dont say a word when that gang rapes and worse. Hulk and Vince are charged with those actions and if they didn't mention them when Hulk showed up at the RNC weeks ago, then the outrage is fake. If they didn't support it, they would have spoken out like they did about lies about Bill Clinton tonight. Yeah he may have accepted something and would be fired from his actions. But not a court issue.
There was no outrage from the posters who said Billl Clinton raped when Hogan was at the RNC, not one of them said what Hulk did and why it was bad that he was there

It's very understandable though..
Everyone is mentally a bit worn out by the amount of bad faith criticism on the internet.
Plus the prospect of Trump winning freaks people out.

Oh give it a rest.
No one expects anything more from the RNC, but people hold out hope for the Democrats.
This isn't complicated.

Lol ,so some people can rape, piss on women, or be abusive, and you wont say a word?
Everyone is an individual and should be held to the same standards, so stop whining when both are compared side to side and you think one side can be evil but the other side has to be perfect.
Explain how one individual can rape and piss on a woman, then show up at the RNC and not a peep from you or the other posters who ignored Terry at the RNC, or blamed Bill Clinton tonight.
The fact that you you think what they did to those women is ok and you didn't say a word when the RNC was going on speaks volumes.
In your opinion, republicans can just get away with these things. But you blame democrats.
This isn't complicated - did you post when Terry was at the RNC? If not then you didn't take the time to post that day, but you did today, so obviously you didn't have an issue with what he did, but you did with having Bill Clinton there tonight.
It's not complicated, I agree.

Please grow up faster.
Btw, you know who also wasn't complaining about all that stuff during the RNC? Or about Bill Clinton?
You.
So following your logic, you clearly don't actually care about the issue itself, at all, you are only upset about someone criticizing the Democrats.

These conventions are all political theatre, nothing more. Why would the Democrats let Bill Clinton speak at the convention? Because he's a former POTUS and that means something. How many former presidents rallied to support the Democratic candidate? Two. It probably would have been three if Carter were ambulatory. How many former presidents spoke in support of the Republican candidate? ZERO. This stuff matters in political theatre. No one cares about appealing to the woke agenda at these conventions. They only care about showing unity in a traditional sense and fortifying the party supports the candidate.

So, skipping Rubes solid point, I also included the last point my old man made… whole thing was a direct quote, in order. What does “more O&G” sound like to you? Lobbying? Mandates? Free market?
It was typical republican/conservative word salad that had never once been actually thought out.

Everyone is already aware of these things. You don’t need to utter key code words to prove your loyalty everytime you criticize someone on what is ostensibly “your team”
The question being discussed was should Bill Clinton being doing a speech at the DNC. It has nothing to do with anything you brought up above. Quit participating in purity politics.

Giving Shapiro 6 minutes and Clinton 27 was... not the best of calls, unfortunately.

From what I can gather, here's hardly any mention of Clinton on any of the major news outlets this morning, other than a couple of quotes from his speech. So it appears that having him speak at the convention had no effect whatsoever. Most of the headlines are about Walz and Oprah.

Bill’s that weird uncle that shows up at family reunions. Everyone knows him, knows about him, and still tolerates him because he is family.

It’s bizarre. The topic of rape and sexual assault has been referred to as/talked about in terms of:
- the woke agenda
- “so called” rape
- the other team is worse
- it was normal back then!
- she was obviously obsessed with him
- you must be an unhappy person to even bring that up
- the Mongols raped, you gonna litigate them too? (my favourite)
That’s the kind of attitude that these same people think all Republicans have.
People need to grow up and realise we can have normal adult conversations in this thread without being worried around how it’s going to impact an election. Stop refusing to even discuss, let alone criticize, very real and totally fair issues to discuss surrounding Democrats. It’s extremely dorky.
