I wonder, do they count the votes that came in earlier in the morning first? Could explain the surge... I'd expect that morning votes are predominatly senior folk who vote highly conservatively.

Voted in Sunnyside for Nenshi. After doing my homework, he was the best overall for me and my city ( IMO). Polls here probably didn't close till late 8PM, due to the massive line up.
I think once these inner city polls come in, Nenshi will hit critical mass, and you will see him jump ahead.
There were a ton of peole lined up to vote here, and almost all were Nenshi boosters.

Yes I mean the host (Erin?) probably has the most experience so she's the anchor, everyone else is just amateur.
But I am enjoying it, it's a small budget. Not like CBC with millions of dollars and fancy music.

I thought the CFCN coverage for being a real station was just awful. They can't even put more than 3 people on the bottom scroll in a 3 person race!
