My only issue has been that when they were winning, it felt like it just wasn't sustainable. You can't just keep winning one run games. Then again, the last season they couldn't keep losing all the one run games and they did so what do I know.

They were winning despite not hitting. Yes, that is unsustainable. But when they start hitting, we should see the run differential start to climb, the way we did last year. And the difference this year is better pitching - and apparently, some ability to win those tight games.
It's been a tough first 2 months, but this is a good ball club and I think we're going to see that get some traction here in June.

Run Diff at May 15 was -15, now at even just over two weeks later. Things are coming together. Seeing those two doubles from Teo was a very good sign, especially the one that came off the bat 108 MPH.

Yeah, they have to get Teo back to where he should be. And Bo is pretty much back.
With proper Bo and Teo surrounding Vladdy, he'll start to see more pitches.
Then all will be right in the world again.

Guy was made by spider-tack. Expecting him to be the same with out cheating is a mistake. Both him and Berrios are hot garbage in the current setting. It's a shame one of them is signed forever.

Berrios should be fine. Just a few struggles at time, he’s had a good games this year. And last year as well.

Kirk is dialed right now. That was an absolute missile. Just happened to be right at the left fielder. Lots of hard contact that inning. Hopefully a sign of things to come.

He's had a lot more bad games than good ones going back a couple years. His big thing was he was an innings eater with a half decent arm but his underlying numbers indicate a lot of that is a mirage. Now this year he's getting lit up like those underlying numbers said he would. Even in the games he's gotten deeper into games he's been smacked around hard and bailed out by how good jays on field defence has been and luck.

Hot take.
Berrios is a good young pitcher who is currently struggling a bit.
Ryu is an interesting one. His last two starts, after his rehab, were both really good. Too early to tell, but some reason for optimism.

I have more hope for Ryu than Berrios.
Berrios current struggles were super predictable.

He's lucky that ball didn't skid under his glove and run to the wall

We'll see. He is always going to give up some hits and some runs, so it is weird when people call him the ace of the staff. To me the aces are Gausman and Manoah - though you can't really call Manoah the ace yet, simply due to lack of experience.
I look as the rotation as:
Gausman
Manoah
Berrios
Ryu
Kikucki
And as a 3/4, Berrios is fantastic.
As an ace, not so much.
