Is this a sarcastic reference to the instances where people do terrible things in the name of Islam and Muslim churches in Canada that obviously don't condone those sorts of actions and clearly have nothing whatsoever to do with the perpetrators are called upon to condemn them?

That original letter seems either like a couple of kids, or generated solely to incite a political response of condemnation.
It seems like a cartoonish racist 'best of' list, which leads me to believe that it's either the product of idiocy, or designed to look like one as a crappy joke, to see what would happen.

I don't know if the NEB matters right now, we know that there are environmentalist groups pre preparing lawsuits going after the consultation and the marine safety question.
She can't just sit there and say Shovels in the ground, because there's just not trust that its going to happen until we hear from the courts.
