Think they'll leave him in for the 8th after that 9 pitch inning, or is his night likely done?

I'd take him out. Not like Sanchez was overly busy yesterday lol

So Price has got to be the best pitcher for the Jays since Halladay, I would think?
Nice to watch this team when they're clicking like this. It's one thing to add a bunch of talented individuals, but it's another to see them gel as a team. It's going to be a fun stretch drive.

I'm a casual fan, there's no chance he comes out in the 9th, right?

That cap wave suggests he's probably done now
He's at 118 pitches. His season high is 121
By the way, he has AVERAGED 106 pitches per start this year. That's insane.

Absolutely and it isn't even close.
The thing with guys like Doc and Price is they are just horses. They just go out and give you 7+ and 100 pitches every time.
The confidence it must give the team is tremendous. And the team has responded by giving him good run support.
If they can go on a run here, and get into the playoffs - that maybe gives them a good crack at convincing him to stay.
Dare to dream.

Hahah there have been some pretty slow days in the Jays thread. Couldn't ask for a better start from Price. It's been a long time since the Jays have had a pitcher of David Prices calibre.
