Yeah he tweeted the whole thing with video. Summary execution should apply here.

I don't have a desire to watch the clip, so I won't.

However, not watching it doesn't make it go away. It happened. Perhaps if people DO watch it though, more and more people who were perhaps fence sitters will be moved to join the debate on gun culture in America.

Sickening.

Or he could have had a table leg with a nail in it. Unfortunately, like in all these "shooting" situations, he didn't have a knife or a table leg with a nail in it. He had a gun and killed two people and seriously injured a third in a few seconds. You can't do that with a knife unless you are ninja.

Anyway, they are reporting now on CNN that the suspect "Vester Flanagan" has posted GoPro videos of the shooting on his Facebook page.

Kind of creepy. A photo of one the victims with the murderer and her fiancé.
Spoiler!

But those videos will be out there forever. Clearly a very ####ed up individual who again should have just killed himself but now he gets to die after killing two innocents.

Could have been done with a knife? Yes. Just as easy? No. Could have been done with anything from a baseball bat to a stapler.

A much higher chance they could have lived and/or fought him off if he was using a melee weapon.

A very sad thing, as all these incidents are. Glad to see there is focus on the victims so far. Hopefully that continues after they catch him.

Is that the same guy? Looks slightly different, imo.

I think that was the fiancé of the camera man that was leaving to go to another job, that's what I read anyways.

This sickens me, its just easy for the angry and the sick and the vengeful and bitter to get their hands on a fire arm down there and live the fantasy of taking people down with them.

The sad thing is that as long as groups like the NRA are allowed to fund lobby groups and pay off politicians on both sides of the aisle gun laws will never change.

Its tremendously sad when two young people are just snuffed out like this, and I'm betting that the gunman who it sounds like a disgruntled employee, stalked them, waited til they were on air and killed them for the maximum effect.

Until they can have a rational discussion about firearms control down there this will never change, and there will never be a rational discussion around removing or changing a constitutional right.

Sickening.

People in this country were more concerned about their Second Amendment rights than the deaths of 20-some small children.

If that didn't change anything, I doubt this will.

Why can't they just ban handguns? Ugh. Keep their rights for long guns if they absolutely need to. Some politician needs to step in and just do it for the greater good.

Feel terrible for the families and all those affected by this insanity.

I humbly request you take those pictures down. We don't need him on our community site.

Won't ever happen, they have a right to bear arms, there's no definition of the type of arms that they can carry.

Plus with all of the conceal and carry stuff, and on top of that the gun shows that people can go in and buy the latest weapons with little in the way of checks.

Canada had it easier because we don't have any rights under the constitution to bear arms or form militias, so the government can do what they want in terms of restricting weapons by changing the law.

But you're not going to get Americans to agree to change a major amendment of the constitution.

Even Trump with all his promises of getting the 14th amendment changed would have a major fight through the supreme court with 100 years of challenges.
