I've read some Liverpool fans calling him a flawed genius. I think that he's a friggin nutter. There's no defending that. Sad to say, as he is a brilliant footballer, but I hope that's his last match playing for the club. You cannot condone such behaviour.
That he scored in the 97th minute......you just couldn't make this stuff up. Unbelievable really....
Will the FA be able to act? I can't remember the situation exactly, but when Defoe bit Mascherano, I don't think he got punished because the ref saw it. Same thing happened earlier this season with that really ugly tackle.
It will be interesting to see if the FA determine whether or not the ref saw the play, because he did go right over to it after to deal with it. He obviously didn't see the bite, but that didn't affect the decision making in the other instances I mentioned.
Hopefully Liverpool impose their own ban if the FA don't.
RVP guard of honour at Arsenal next week if United win or draw on Monday, that's better than them winning the league there
INCREDIBLE
It would suck to watch but I think I'd take them walking out champions over them having to try to win the league on the pitch. It's all about the three points and they are going to be easier to get if the opponents are distracted and don't need to win.
His honour guard will probably be ruined by the verses of "She Said No" anyway.

forgot about that, winning the title and/or walking out in an honour guard is enough to push it over the line that the song makes an appearance
There's nothing saying that clubs have to provide an honour guard. Southampton refused when Brighton won League 1 a few years back. That, however didn't go down well with many on the south coast.
I'm missing something, whats this with the honour guard?
tradition after a team is crowned champions, it's normally always done with a few incidents like mentioned above, looks petty if the other club declines

lol Heinze as captain - that's ... weird.

I dont know why he is biting people. It seems so counter-intuitive.
LOL! Really? The penny starting to drop now?
The concise answer is that because he is a POS. This is something the majority of EPL fans have known for many years. Welcome to the club.
The longer answer is that he's a cheating low-life POS that resorts to garbage like this to try and draw a reaction just like he did with Evra. Did you ask yourself after he racially abused Evra why he did that? Did you not question how counter intuituve that was for him and the club?
Or the final answer might be that after so long at Liverpool he was just desperate to taste European success.
I love Suarez, but I cannot for one second defend that kind of behavior. I have no idea what he was thinking. I know he plays on the edge, with his heart on his sleeve, but you've got a responsibility to your team and to yourself to stay in control.
Just bizarre from Suarez. He lost control completely. It looks worse every time I see it, and he didn't even wait for the ball to come in to the box, it was still in play.
It hasn't gone down well with club at all. The next few days will tell a lot. I still think we should keep him, but we need to help him. I'm not really concerned about the vilification in the media, because that's been happening for ages. We just need to be clear where we stand with him and take it from there.
