Do we have numbers for tonight? Do I need to call around a find a girl for tonight, or are we fine in that department?
 |
We're fine for girls... we may even have a spare. We're fine for guys too, provided everyone (except Kris who already said he wouldn't be there) shows up.

#10 is the one we are on, I think. Not sure where to park, since it looks like bike paths in the area. My first guess would be the end of the school lot, or around the surrounding houses. |
#10 is correct.

Head east on Memorial until you reach 52nd Street.

Turn north.

Take first right (east)

You will come to a playground zone area. Schools on the left. Park in the school parking lot (south of field 9 on your map).

Have fun!

I would come out and say hi, but I JUST got my new "laptop"... the 20" Dell. Having too much fun playing around with it (and prepping for a wedding I am doing this weekend.)

Enjoy the game folks! Good luck.

Shawn

Edit.... PS .... LOCK YOUR DOORS. Keep any valuables out of sight and mind. Goes for any diamonds you play at, but especially there.

Sad news for everyone, but we must rescind our trademarked 2-0 statement from earlier. But I will take first dibbs on 2-1 (TM) so you SWers keep your dirty paws off it.

We hung in for the first four innings... 7-6 after 4, but couldnt muster much after that, aside from Redvan hitting our first ever HR. Final was 16-7.
Second best hit was Redvan's friend lining a hard shot up the middle in her first at bat, like, ever.

How about that infield single by our star short stop to keep the rally going with two out in the last inning? That was an inspired performance of clutch batting.

I've been dry-land training all week. Only because I don't really know what wet-land softball training would look like.

Plus, we have softball's answer to Barry Zito chucking watermelons to our opponents.

When & where is the SW team planning on practicing? I wouldn't mind getting out there as well.

Someone had mentioned thursday at st. gregory's. That would probably work for me. Where is St. gregory's anyways?

			Immediately south of Optimist Park.
Someone correct me if I am wrong on the stree names, but from 37th St. S.W., head west on 26th Ave. until you run out of road.

Can't practice Thursday, but we should try to find some pitching candidates to spell Rinkrat and Banffgirl.
