Just for conversation, here's the top 25 guys I would like the Flames to pick based on really limited viewings. Obviously not going to get many of them, but if the Flames come away with a two or three, I think it would a great kick start to the rebuild.
1. Macklin Celebrini (not going to happen)
2. Zayne Parekh
3. Berkly Catton
4. Tij Iginla
5. Carter Yakemchuk
6. Liam Greentree
7. Beckett Sennecke
8. Ryder Ritchie
9. Michael Hage
10. Raoul Boilard
11. Dean Letourneau
12. Henry Mews
13. Cole Beaudoin
14. Maxim Masse
15. Luke Misa
16. Leo Sahlin Wallenius
17. Simon Zether
18. Adam Jecho
19. Marek Vanacker
20. Andrew Basha
21. Colton Roberts
22. Thomas Lavoie
23. Carson Wetsch
24. Herman Traff
25. Harrison Brunicke

You apparently really like Misa and Boilard eh?
They both made the list twice.
Are you purposely leaving out the middle cut of prospects? I also note there are 0 americans there. No love for Helenius at all? What about Levshunov or Silayev or Dickinson?
Confusing tbh.

No Hage either which would be a great fit. Weird list.

Here is my personal order of preference assuming we don't win the Celebrini sweepstakes.
1. Parekh
2. Demidov
3. Levshunov
4. Dickinson
5. Lindstrom
6. Buium
7. Catton
8. Iginla
9. Hage
10. Eiserman
The two players I would be disappointed with are Silayev and Helenius.
People thinking Hage might be there for the Canucks pick are dreaming imo, he is going top 15.

I do, but that was a mistake. Hage and Basha were in the slots.

I'm going with who I have looked at and liked. Not a Helenius fan. Not a fan of a number of players that are hyped up. I purposely stayed away from Americans. Lots of talent but lots of challenges. Again, a personal choice taking the long-term health of the team.

Here is Bash and Brunicke an hour after beating Yakemchuk in the city's. Nathan Free (later rounds) there too. Insane draft year for Glenlake hockey (where Tij played for a year or two).

Partial Eclipse Monday Sandman's profiles updated at Upside! 5 more added up to 129...yyc's view of the eclipse may have been partial but these profiles are so complete ; )
From Artamonov to Zetterberg...
(I realize it's actually Adams to Ziemer)
We have One Hundred and Twenty-Nine incomparable profiles completed thus far.
*As always, Sandman's profiles are easily found at Upside Hockey
(along with our exclusive rankings in super-detailed mega spreadsheet format with which I'm sure an update is soon upon us from rankings guru E-Mac - we're now just awaiting NHL Central Scouting update so E-Mac will add that in; he has his updates done for next instalment.)
Alphabetical with a hyperlinked table of contents at the top...
Please enjoy. Sharing and feedback always appreciated.

I'm really high on Dickinson. Saw him play a couple times live this year and he was by far the best player on the ice in both games.

Based purely on potential, my list:
Celebrini
Demidov
Parekh/Buium
Then I'm fighting with anyone afterwards who thinks x player is better/has more potential than Tij. However, I'm still selfishly putting Iggy Jr 3rd ahead of the two offensively-sexy-looking D-men.

This is about where I am at. Demidov we will have to see after interviewing (might want to stay in Russia awhile). Might add Dickinson and Levshunov to list as well.
If all these guys are gone would definitely look at Iginla - even over Catton and Lindstrom. Not convinced Catton or Lindstrom will be 1C. This team will have chances the next two drafts to get a 1C.
