I joined and not able to go there either, my guess is it's related to the SEC news, not that hiding it will do anything LOL. SEC can get access if they want it.

I know there were some complaints that they'd gained almost a million subs in the last week.

There’s another sub called r/wallstreetbetsnew and they said WSB has been shut down before.

Likely just cleaning up all the bots etc that have infiltrated lately.

They say relax it’ll be up again soon.

Yeah, it has temporarily gone private a few times over the years that I can remember for various issues. Though it has also never had the kind of attention it's getting now either.

People are buying the narrative that the system is rigged in favour of billionaires (which it is) and they found a way to fight back.

I made a couple of small plays today, made some, lost some. Don't want back in, the swings are just insane and just added stress. Regretting getting in, less stressful with to experience the FOMO, and just not get involved in my opinion.

I can appreciate that. I'm probably not going to buy in on anything related to this stuff, but if I were wanting to become more interested in investing, does anyone know a resource that's a good place to start?
