I don't understand this at all.
It's just body parts. You're around a thousand dicks and vaginas every day and you don't blink an eye. It doesn't matter what person they're attached to or how they identify. It has ZERO impact on your life directly. As a grown adult (I use the term loosely), you should be pretty set on your path, so unless you've been thinking of transitioning your entire life and are truly tempted by their presence, what else could you really have an issue with?
