they are mixing up their rights for a residential tenancy with that of a commercial tenancy where they can be pretty much evicted instantaneously for breaking their commercial lease agreement in any way including non-payment of rent

those are "scepter nutz"... the first cousin of truck nutz.
the primary difference is with truck nutz you need a lifted dodge ram, white oakleys and a 'tap out' tee shirt. with scepter nutz you need a burger king crown, a scepter and yellow rubber gloves
