Yeah, this isn't a starseed-type response at all. Regardless of whether he just read the first page or the last page there's enough context for him to realize how the spore works. Seems like a feigned attempt at looking like he doesn't understand what's going on.

It's not feigned. I haven't had as much time to get in depth with this game just yet. This was my first several days back in Toronto after having been away for a month.

Reading the OP makes it sound like the spore holder is aware when they get it so as to be able to choose someone else to get it during the night phase. If more information came out since then, I missed it. For some reason I remember people talking in the early stages of the game about giving the spore to the anomaly, and I thought they were assuming that someone knew. I also thought girly was talking as if she were aware she were the carrier of the spore.

I am also now caught up with game of thrones after binging last night, so I will focus more. I'll do some playing of the game when I get home tonight!

I don't know where the spore is, but I do know I haven't turned and there is the potential for a turned to exist right now - ideally the Government Agent investigates that person if they exist. So with him trying to pressure the Government Agent into checking me, leads me to worry about his motives for doing so. Hopefully, someone reveals they have the spore tomorrow and we can reassess.

In nearly everyone of my posts yesterday, especially with context, they don't quite make sense if you think the spore-holder knows they have it. The underline, especially, is explicit.

For other people, I could see them missing this detail. I think you're too smart though Starseed and would have picked up on this even with the late joining.

Dissentowner made a mistake earlier that, at least for me, made me believe he was town as it was a mistake a mafia member wouldn't have made. I am of the belief now that you were hoping to make a 'mistake' hoping for the same logic to apply to you. Even your post seems out of nowhere about it.

Careful when I called out Diss for his multiple mistakes it's viewed as me having an agenda. You didn't call out Diss and are now calling out starseed so you would think they should have the same issue with you.

I would say that Dissentowner's mistake, that the host weren't sure if the person turned, wasn't as blatant as Starseed's. It seemed to come out more natural and didn't have a huge bearing on the argument he was making. It was also only really mentioned once in passing in the rules and not really touched on in actual discussion.

The spore talk, however, has been repeated ad nauseam throughout the thread and was not an unimportant detail in the discussion me and Squiggs96 were having. The underline in my previous post was explicit. Skimming through posts I could see others overlooking or mistaken the details, but Starseed has never struck me as that type of player and would have picked up on it regardless. Also, his statement seemed to almost come out of nowhere as to draw attention to the 'mistake.' Starseed should take it as a compliment, but I'm fairly confident that he's too smart and good at this game to make that mistake.

If I have to vote Starseed to get him lynched, I will, but my principle vote for Squiggs96 remains until then.
