For the past however many years, I always was nervous of Ricky Ray and his ability to pull comebacks out of his a$$. My brother and me used to say we were only safe if we were up by 21 with 3 minutes left.I'm fairly confidant those days are over; these past few games are the first time I have seen him totally defeated.

That being said, we shouldn't overlook Edmonton at home, this team was capable of beating a good Riders team so they must have something. Just well...not much.

Seems like ages ago the media was picking the Lions and Eskimos to be at the top of the West and the Stampeders on the bottom. Stampeders have found that gear that eluded them all year last year. Hopefully they aren't peaking too early.

On the other hand what a disaster in Edmonton where there were once hopes of the home team representing the West in the Grey Cup. The Stampeders were more competitive in the Feterik years than the sad excuse of a football team the Eskimos have turned out to be.

I was listening to QR77, which in itself was amazing, but they were suggesting that Chris Jones might be the next coach of the Eskimos next year. We need to inception his mind before he leaves.

To tell you the truth I am so puzzled the way they treat Ricky Ray this season. I still think he is one of the best in the league. It must be tough for him to be looking over his shoulder all the time wondering if he will play the whole game, 1 quarter or get yanked the first time he makes the mistake. Poor guy he has to play with too many soft OLinemen. Ray must be wondering if he will stay alive after the first play with all the hit he's been getting lately.
The whole team was a joke since last season. Remember when suddenly they replaced Rick Worman with Kevin Strasser or whatever his name as an Offensive Coordinator? I didn't even think Worman was doing a bad job when he lost his job. I have to say one more bad lost like the Labour Day lost, we will see a complete cleanup in this team.
Mind you I am not complaining they are struggling. I am loving it!!
