I'm willing to bet this guy is totally rad, and if your sister just goes into this with an open mind and gives herself a chance to get to know him, she'll see that.
Man, girls are so uptight nowadays when guys just want to say hi. Not willing to give anyone a chance and get to know them. It's sad.
*totally joking

i guess this is a moot point since your mother is now involved, but I'm curious to hear what precisely you would have said and done to the guy.
And, yes, getting his manager involved first is probably the way to go. Police next.

So my mom talked to the manager and got my sister to forward some texts to the manager. The creep was terminated at the end of his shift.
Guess I'll update the thread title now.

I love that.
This guy is exposed but the manager keeps him till the end of his shift.
I'd tell Roberto Perverto to GTFO ASAP.

Yeah, the manager believed my sister, but his former employee is of a different race and the manager didn't want to get bitch-slapped by the HRC.

It depends. If he was part time and scheduled to only work 3 or 4 hours I'd wait until the end of his shift since the manager would've had to pay him for 3 anyways.

I understand, but at the same time, if the evidence is there to support the charge, then he should have been brought in to the office immediately to answer to the complaint.
