Okay folks. Something has come up and I can't take the winner to the game on the 29th, (which is okay since apparently the mods don't want to put up a poll for me either...) HOWEVER, I will take the winner of this contest to a game in January, if that works for them. Now I just need to figure out how to pick a winner without a poll.

I've got an idea for the next contest.... Who can successful guess why she can't take the winner to the game on the 29th.

If I were to enter that contest, I'd guess that she actually found an attractive guy to take to the game instead of some geek who spends all their time posting on internet forums.

Why go through all the bother of having a poll and tallying up the results. Sounds like a bunch of trouble for nothing. Not to mention that in the end you could have to go with some guy who pukes after two beers, eats food off the floor or craps his pants. Just take my buddy (you met at the last contest game). I personally gaurantee that he won't do more then one of the three above mentioned things and he'll buy you beer like it's going out of style.

The problem is you didn't ask for one poll, you asked for a poll with a few run off polls. That is a fair amount of moderation you are asking us to undertake.

Why don't you put each of your ideas in a separate post, and let people use the "Thanks" feature to vote? That way you can do all of this yourself, and get the voting that you are looking for.

Okay, since I'm not going to get a poll, I've narrowed it down to three options and I will get people to 'vote' by thanking the post with the option they like best.
