Good suggestion. Maybe we could even start a new "photography challenge winners" thread where we post all the winning photos for people to browse, if anyone would be interested in that.

I agree with you. Some submissions have a hard time up against a photo that's been photoshopped to make it even more spectacular.

That's an interesting idea, unfortunately I had already decided on the next theme. Oh and the correct term is straight out of the camera. Some people might not like the suggestion that their edited photos are not real pictures.

Do you have a specific google link in mind?
I suspect given the number of similar images there is one really good vantage point to see the castle and everyone + dog takes pics from there.

Unless Seb photoshopped in the entire sky, that picture is not duplicated anywhere in the first 15 pages of google images. Those clouds are not the same as any of the others.
EDIT: Also googled "Neuschwanstein" and same thing. Lots from that vantage point, but none of the exact same picture.
