That solution appears to work or at least improve the situation. I managed to play 3 complete games without an issue which is vast improvement.

I've had the "disc is unreadable" error once so far (half way through a game, naturally). If it starts happening more often, I'll try clearing the cache. Thanks for posting it!

my copy was crashing every 15 minutes, i cleared the cache (go to the HD, x, x, lb, rb, x, x) and it's been perfect ever since.

How do you dump the puck?
Whether in your zone killing a penalty or to dump and chase?
Last year I would just flick the right stick... no idea how to do it this year.

R1 and flick up with the right stick should work. ^^
