The Oilers suck 5-on-5, their PK is goddamned atrocious their powerplay is the only thing keeping that team above water. That and the fact that the Pacific division is horriawful.

Doesn’t matter if it’s an accident though. “Have to be in control of your stick”

Result of the Draisaitl elbow and highstick combo.

Another quality Whitecloud performance: +2 with two apples in 24:37 of ice time, matched-up against the Wonder Twins all night. I like this guy. Bahl continues to step up in the post-Andersson era as well.

And what a great way to close out the season series. Really fun game with a bit of everything, post-game material for the ages, hit the break on a high and leave Shelbyville to stew in misery for three weeks. Good stuff!

Whitecloud is unbelievably underrated. Conroy does it again.

Kevin Bahl is quickly becoming one of my favorite players on the team.

Is Whitecloud even a downgrade from Andersson? Seems a lateral move at best. Plus the additional assets, seems like a huge win for Conroy. I didnt like the trade at all when it was announced, mostly around having to cheer for a Vegas Cup to get the better pick with no prospect coming back, but man I will humbly eat crow if Whitecloud continues his play and eithe of the newly acquired picks turns into a player.

Definitely gave up the offense, defense slightly better I'd say though. If Ras is a 2/3, Whitecloud is a 4 imo

It'll be interesting to see. Whitecloud is going to have a good opportunity to get more minutes...maybe he'll make the most of them?

Conman is amazing at finding value in underutilized players on other teams rosters.

If he doesn’t start filling out the top end of the roster soon however, it will be his undoing.

Raz added more offense. Which I think he was doing intentionally this year because of his situation (joining rush ect).

Whitecloud looks better defensively and has a great first pass.

I don't care if players don't fight, but I particularly hate guys like Draisaitl who act tough, play dirty and are cowards. Same guys who piled on Tkachuk or were calling him names even though he answered the bell against Kassian after getting assaulted for a clean hit. Imagine if someone actually made Draisaitl pay the price for one of his spears and jumped him like that, think he'd square up - not a chance.

Is Bahl one of the most underrated d-men in the league? Plus 11 on this Flames team is wild. Maybe I am biased but i'd prefer him over several of the d-men taken on team Canada who are going to be put in shutdown roles. If you are trying to close out a game who would you trust more on the ice Sanheim or Bahl? I'd take Bahl every-time.

Bahl crushes guys too. With a big grin on his face while he’s doing it.

To watch the Oilers lose? I'd help the Devil steal Christ right off the cross.

It would be nice to see him answer the bell. Weird to see such a big guy that’s so dirty, never drop the gloves.
