In my mind his so called "shields" were always going to have stronger stories to tell as they took more risks throughout the game.
He certainly was well spoken I just thought the content was lacking...refusing to pivot even a little when it was obvious the jury was pushing back and didn't like his answers..

He didn't play a winning game in the end you are correct there wasn't a ton he could have said to change minds...I think there were a few jury members that would have loved to not vote for Myles though they just needed a little bit of a push.

Finally got a chance to watch the last two episodes. I thought I was going to win with my boy Kaelan, but I think he blew the final tribal. He should have played up his two ‘pillars’ and not tried to convince people of his strategy. Just concede that and keep repeating his unbreakable immunity win record and the fact that his social game was so strong that the few times he didn’t have immunity he wasn’t even really considered for those votes.

Anyway, a pretty great season. Myles is a great winner. There are at least 4 or 5 players I’d like to see play again in the future.

Regarding the question of which earlier seasons to watch/skip, the only one to consider skipping is the 2016 one (season 3, or season 1 of the new era, depending on how you look at it). That season is as bad as an average American one. All the rest are between really good and great.
