How does the ref on the Flames goal wave it off so quick but an Ottawa player runs into Wolf with no Flames player around calls it a good goal?

The Tkachuk penalty was soft, so naturally the refs make 2 bad goalie interference calls and then punish the Flames with another unbalanced call.

Hop on the "bad challenge" train. Very unlikely to turn one back if there's any interference, even if there was bit of a push.
Ottawa has a solid home PP and momentum swung.
