Lomberg is effectively a giant dirtbag on that play.

Tries to lay a dirty ass hit, misses.

Bastion approaches him, and Lomberg instantly drops the gloves and starts feeding. I don’t think Bastion even gets his gloves off or tries to defend himself until like punch 5 or 6.

Stupid. The linesmen also looked completely incompetent.

I can understand why the refs didn’t make that call there. You don’t make a call like that, when the game is tied, late in the 3rd. It’s called game management.

What situation? Where Lomberg tried to lay an illegal and dangerous hit? Bastion also just grabbed him, he wasn’t fighting. Lomberg unloads on his brain.

On replay, it’s absolutely ridiculous that Bastion got an instigator. How did you instigate when you’re the 2nd player with his gloves off?
