Here's a list of what I think it could be based on past incidences in sports involving similar moves by teams:
1) drugs and painkillers
2) escorts
3) gambling
4) socially unacceptable past behaviors caught on tape
5) hazing that went over the line
6) credible assault allegations

#5 seems to be the leading somewhat credible rumour at the moment.
Hope Davidson sheds some light on it in the press conference just to stop the rumour mill
