Just a bizarre team and season. If they found a way in a quarter of those 15 extra time loses, but anyway I'm going to have a positive twist this time around which I'm not known for on here. If they can somehow sneak in, being the underdog may be a good thing. We all know how the Flames as an organization have handle being the favourite.
I'm still very much concerned about Markstrom down this last stretch and in a playoff series (should we make it in). Biggest question mark in my opinion.

There is 1 and only 1 way that Wolf plays in a game for us this season - injury to AT LEAST one of our 2 goalies.
1 injury might not be enough, because they likely would still leave Wolf down to win games for the Wranglers.
We almost need him to be the emergency goalie and then hope for a miracle with our first two goalies before they let in 3 of the first 10 shots of the game to allow Wolf to enter the game. Wolf is in Calgary so it is possible he could be the emergency goalie for home games.
#### this team. Losing at home to a bottom 3 team who played the night before. Just embarrassing.

Glad I normally stay away from GT threads. Bad period, Markstrom was awful on both goals, but I will be refilling my beer and cheering for the team to get its head out of its *** for the final 40 mins.

Sometimes I really dislike our "hardcore" fans.

Haven't seen it mentioned but that deadline deal for Ritchie and Stetcher is looking pretty good right now. Was an afterthought at the time but would we have won the last two games without those guys?

lol the number of times guys purposely flubbed on zone clears or transition. They just wanted Flames to Win the game. Couldn't be more obvious. The Ducks went into overdrive in 3rd period trying to secure the regulation W for the Flames. Everything but shooting the puck at your own net.
lol at the broadcast too. Absolutely any play is shined up. It was a "great play" by several flamers scoring a standard goal from the point. But to their broadcast they make it sound like the best goal ever scored.
Flames need magic just to get by their last couple games against league worst teams.
