Well, they beat the Flames twice in a row to win the season series this year. And Oilers have beaten Flames 6 of the past 7 times. Right now Oilers dominate Flames where it matters most, winning.

He did think he got the penalty because he was interfering with Mangiapane. If you're going to make a call there in a 1-1 game in the 3rd, the only way you call that is to give them both 2.

I’m honestly tired of blaming the refs. Yeah NHL reffing is inconsistent as hell, but this team can only muster 1 goal on 40+ shots? Maybe there’s bigger problems with the team than some missed/soft calls

Blaming the refs - just another lazy argument. Nobody says jack #### about the officiating if this team could put a puck in the net. That’s the underlying issue, Oilers top player stepped up tonight with a solid solo effort as he’s paid to do. Our ‘top’ player almost set up some chances. Sweet. Cant rely on your teammates to finish chances. Take it upon yourself. As your paid to do. Saw JG take this initiative a lot over the years. 10.5 ####ing million hahaha
