Ya you're right, Treliving seems to have learned from his mistakes and all the moves he's made since Sutter have been good ones. I'm just mad that it took him so long to figure it out, and we only get to enjoy a single season with this group of players at their peak before it potentially gets blown up due to contract situations

Said before, will say forever. Sutter is an absolute treasure and we are lucky to have him.
The mistake that Treliving and management made to bring back Ward, especially after the Dallas game 6 debacle, wasted a season of this teams top talent.

It's often been said that Sutter wasn't willing to come out of retirement at that time because his son needed him.
