I'm pretty sure the Avs are feeling quite bad about losing. I also think that they are quite bruised after this game. The game in a week should be a treat!
All those hits would add up in a best of 7 series, and I hope we get a chance to put that theory to the test. Colorado has been a tough opponent, but we were right there with them all game.

It would be pretty much unforgivable not to sign him.
I'd probably stop watching hockey for a good while, maybe forever in a serious follower way.

I echo all the sentiments here.
One thing I'd like to give kudos to was the reffing. They knew this was a big game and one that they just let the big boys smash it out.

How often do you see a play like Lindholm’s in 3 on 3? Usually there’s no physical play at all. I wonder if he surprised Rantanen by attacking like that. But Rantanen just gave up after losing it and Mackinnon was clueless as to where Johnny (or a bench replacement) was.

The issue is that exact play happened probably 50 times
called once
Only making one bad call is a banner night for the refs though

Every once in a while...and it's not necessarily "physical"...it's just attacking the puck carrier to gain/regain possession. I often think teams are too passive...kinda letting the other team play, shoot, and then try to recover. Not a good strategy IMO.
