Does this happen often enough for it to be enough of a problem for the owners to give up something to change it?
Based on history, Fox's situation is pretty rare...with maybe a dozen kids doing it in the last 20 years...of all of them, Wheeler and Fox are the only ones of consequence...
the ratio of that compared to the number of draft picks made is pretty low.
Now, if more guys start to do this, then maybe enough owners would be motivated to make that change.
My prediction is that nothing will happen, because it doesn't happen very often....Now if Owen Power decides to finish and graduate from Michigan, then you might raise some eyebrows...
