Some could argue Dube & Gaudreau is as good as if not better than Roslovic + Laine no?? Definitely not ‘not as good by quite a bit’ IMO; you have a point with the Mangiapane +Valimaki combo though for sure.

Loubardias tweeted it too. Pretty embarrassing. These guys are supposed to be professionals. Falling for these fake tweets from accounts with 30 followers and no blue check mark is inexcusable. Both of them have been around on Twitter long enough. They should know better.

I’ll bet Tre has a hand in this. Considering how he actively sought out almost every Canucks FA this summer, I think he’ll try and keep a potentially top tier player out of the Canadian (and future pacific) division as well. At the end of the day, I doubt he likes what the price is and will probably not do it. I think they like Lindholm and Monny at Centre.
