Finland was down a couple in the 3rd and came back. Canada was down a couple last year in the 3rd. The next goal is key with how momentum swings in these junior games.

Come out fast and furious. If Canada can get one early, that would be extremely.. nice.

That Beniers kid is smooth. Him and Zegras look like they've got real star potential.

USA has this.
Shots are close, but it's been utter domination.

Time to forget age politics and get Byfield and Perfetti more icetime with their offensive ability.

Holloway, Suzuki, Quinn, Guhle, Barron should be stapled here.

Find a goal and get going.

Are there special rules in place that I'm not aware of? Some of the waving off has been very puzzling. You'd think the benches would be screaming about it.

Unreal how passive Canada is playing

3rd man way high, not crashing the net, not pinching.

Not a recipe to score some goals. Looks like we're playing Germany still.

Perimeter play, aside from Byram and Byfield I'm not seeing the will to win here.

Finally starting to see why Byfield is so highly regarded. Once he puts on a little more muscle, he's going to be able to turn the corner there and then he's going to be incredibly dangerous.

I've got used to Ferraro doing the commentary, but every now and then I'm reminded of the Pierre McGuire style of artificial enthusiasm and it's annoying. Ferraro talking about the skates looking phenomenal is a case in point.

He's the one guy who's been consistently quality. This game he's trying it all himself, but to this point he's been the guy I'd select every time for a crunch play.
