Overall a nice building. I was there a few years ago. Couple of negative things from where I sat, in the lower bowl; the seating in the lower bowl is very flat, doesn’t feel like your very close to the action, even with very good seats. Also, it’s hard to describe, but the building just feels too open, no real character, just a big wide open area. Not a great atmosphere. I don’t know what is is about it... with that being said I haven’t been to too many newer arenas, maybe they are all the same.
The washroom setup where I sat wasn’t good, but was easy to get drinks. Guess they really did build it for Oiler fans. Watch the game, get frustrated, so get drunk. Then wet you pants like your home team. Lol.
